Although the PC has revolutionized the way people work, live, shop and play, the promise of a "paperless office" never materialized. In fact, after having been in the workforce of nearly thirty years, it seems as if the disorder as much – if not more – in my office as I did before the widespread adoption of personal computer.The truth is that the documents, sticky notes, business cards, copy clips, and office accessories were scattered around my desk, and even a desk organizer or holder of the card does not seem to help. The working day, I was looking for a phone number I need me a business card out of place, or – worst of all – sticky notes that somehow fell out of my computer monitor and were lost in the detritus , which results in my forgetting to attend a meeting or not meeting a deadline.What is really needed – and finally found – were computer accessories that really helped me get and stay organized. I was happy when I found a frame that fit around my PC monitor, and that was all sticky notes, photos and business cards that I wanted or needed at hand. Better than a desktop organizer, card holder, or any other number of home office accessories, this framework has allowed me to speed up PC my work area and dispose of much of the disorder.I use the frame around my monitor to fall into a variety of important information. Along one side, I can slip into annoying sticky notes always fall when I tried to stick to the monitor or my body residues left when you use masking tape to join them. I can use sticky notes to remind me of meetings, deadlines, and other "to do" – and never have to worry about them falling off. Also, once you complete a task, it is easy just slide out and thrown away.At the top of my computer monitor, I use the frame to slide in the photos of family members and friends as well as a pocket calendar size. I can see the month at a glance, and every time I look up, the smiling face of my daughter looks back at me. I love it.I use the right side of my body from PC to a variety of items, like a list of phone numbers you call most often, an index card that lists the steps I should take to complete a repetitive task I perform in my job, and business cards of people who recently met and with whom I have to follow. Again, it is easy to roles inside and outside the frame, making it a dynamic tool to help me stay organized.Because many of my colleagues have asked me about my frame of the monitor, I decided to give each of my computer monitor accessories of office for the holidays. Several of my family and friends have business at home, so I'm thinking of giving gifts of computer for them too. Life is much less stressful when the clutter around your computer away and you have everything you need to do the job in sight.
